In 1957, entrepreneur Gisberto Pellegrini founded Radar1957, initially dedicating himself to tanning and leather manufacturing activities, an art that in Tuscany boasts ancient roots, passed down since the mid-1800s by Master Leather Craftsmen. From the meeting of tradition and modern technologies, a solid industrial reality was born, capable of enhancing artisan work by creating functional products of high manufacturing quality.1962PRODUCTION EXPANSION
Thanks to the foresight of many entrepreneurial decisions, in 1962 the business expanded to the production of hand-finished articles for handguns, ranging from equipment for armed forces to accessories dedicated to the military, sporting, and hunting sectors.1984CORDURA PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
During the 1980s, in response to market changes, production of handgun holsters in alternative materials to leather such as Cordura was developed, capable of guaranteeing better performance requirements. In the subsequent 1990s, with the introduction of thermoforming, flexible production of high-performance and customizable products was initiated.2000KYDEX PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
